EM provides parts for virtually all products we have ever sold including synchronous motors, induction motors, synchronous generators, turbo generators, brushless exciters, magnetic drives and controls.
Our experience has given us a good base on which to help customers develop an effective stocking program. We know from past records which parts are most likely to need replacement for each piece of equipment. These are the parts which should be stocked by the customer to minimize costly downtime in the case that problems might arise.
In case of an emergency, stock parts can be shipped 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When non-inventory items are required, we respond to keep downtime to a minimum through special internal procedures.
