WEG has reached a historic milestone with the implementation of 300,000 kaizens since 2016 through KaizenWEG, its global continuous improvement platform. This impressive number reinforces the key role of employees in finding simple and effective solutions that positively impact the company’s processes and results.

As part of the system’s evolution, the company has just launched a new version of KaizenWEG, a platform developed in-house using low-code technologies and focused on user experience. Key new features include integration with artificial intelligence to simplify entries, more intuitive navigation, and the ability to approve ideas from anywhere, at any time. The initiative aims to expand the tool’s reach and further strengthen the company’s participative management model, encouraging decentralized innovation across all areas and locations where WEG operates.

Present in countries such as Brazil, China, Mexico, Portugal, India, United States, Argentina, Germany, Austria, and Colombia, KaizenWEG has become one of the foundations of WEG’s continuous improvement management system (WMS), connecting employees across units and fostering collective learning. In addition to directly contributing to increased efficiency and operational quality, the platform reinforces the company’s values by promoting active listening, valuing ideas, and developing sustainable and replicable solutions throughout the organization.

With this initiative, WEG reaffirms its commitment to building an innovative and collaborative environment where every employee is an agent of transformation and every improvement represents a meaningful step toward a more efficient and competitive future.
